At first, I thought it was a woman with close-cropped hair. But then I noticed the hairy legs - but out here, that could still be a woman. I wasn't able to make a confirmation, so s/he will remain a mystery. The City of Portland's health insurance will soon offer gender-reassignment surgery, like large local employers Nike, Google, Microsoft and IBM, so help is on the way!
Halloween? Nope. Mardi Gras? Na. Carnival? Nada. Just two ordinary Portland guys hanging out Downtown in Pioneer Square with everyone else. Nothing to see here folks, just move along, give the street people some of your change...
So I found myself in Houston's Intercontinental the other day...Had to get from Gate A to my connect in Gate E, at least a 1/2 mile away, in ten minutes or less, even using the moving sidewalk. I saw this dude hustling as well, took one look at him and knew just to follow him, no worries, he'll take me to the gate for Portland. And he did! My method still hasn't failed me.
